A versatile addition to your rig/rack setup

Adding a set of Jammer Arms to your rig/rack setup allows a large range of exercises to be performed than can done with and Olympic bars and plates. It changes the plane of movement, allowing explosive lifting movements to be performed either seated or from a bench. Rowing, pushing, pressing and lifting exercises can all be performed with this adaptable add-on. They can be used with Olympic weight plates or bands (or a combination of both) and are excellent for rehabilitation exercises.

Our Jammer Arms are designed to fit all ABC rigs and racks and use a single pin to lock them into place. A second pin on the handle/plate mechanism allows this to be moved up and down the length of the arms, effectively allowing the arc length to be lengthened or shortened to adapt to athlete size and the exercise being done. Sold as a pair.
