Teaching and learning the Olympic lifting technique is complex enough without adding extra weight. The ABC Olympic Training barbell allows the lifter to focus on their lifting techniques, whilst working at the correct height with a load as little as 6 kgs.
Note: 25kg maximum overall weight plate load on this specialist technique-training barbell.
