Suitable for rows, standing and seated preacher curls and tricep extensions. The profile is designed to reduce the amount of stress on the wrists and elbows when performing curls,by changing the angles used in comparison to performing the same lift with a straight bar. This reduces risk of injury and allows you to train for longer.

Featuring a fine but grippy knurl and finished in striking black chrome with chrome rotating collars, this curl bar will maake a great addition to any equipment collection.
