Our speciality barbell range keeps growing as will your forearms with this new beast.
Use this for wide or narrow grip curls. Use with an underhand or overhand grip and push you forearms to the limit. The larger (50mm) bar diameter is more difficult to grasp than a normal (26mm diameter) curl bar, working the upper arms more and improving finger strength. It has no knurling, further enhancing grip strength.
Finished in black powder-coat with hard-chrome non-rotating sleeves, this is a cost-effective training tool that will enhance any serious lifter's workouts.
