Strongman Log - Olympic 30kg

A proven training tool, used the world over by the strongest of the strong. Logs are a great training tool to build explosive power and upper body strength.
Weighing in at 30kg, the ABC log features two neutral grip positions, taking the stress off the rotator cuffs. Can be used for Olympic-style lifts such as snatches and clean-and-press, along with partial bench presses and bent-over rows.
