Features include:
- Full rubber-coating reduces clanging and minimises damage to other equipment.
- The three hand-hole grip design makes loading and unloading from a bar simple. It also allows them to be used as a stand-alone piece of equipment for exercises without a bar - lunges, dips, shrugs, weighted walks are all possible.
- Large, clear weight numbering in 3 locations, ensures you'll never grab the wrong size and the textured surface finish, well it won't make you stronger, but it looks nice.
