Ankle Cuff - Small
The easy way to strengthen legs
Load these adjustable cuffs up with a maximum of 10 x 0.5kg poles, for 5kg of resistance. Wrap them around your ankle and you're away.
Manufactured from heavy duty nylon material, these cuffs offer offer a comfortable fit even during the most strenuous exercise program. A simple, easy-to-adjust strap to suit all leg sizes makes them ideal for rehabilitation programs.
Order weight poles to suit as required below. Remember you will need 2 x 5kg cartons to fill a 5kg pair completely. Get the 20kg size if you have multiple pairs to fill.
