Ladders aren't just for climbing
Agility Ladders are an essential tool in any good Strength and Conditioning Coache's arsenal. They help to improve foot speed and control and improve balance and agility. The 9 metre ladder feature heavy duty adjustable plastic rungs and comes complete with a carry bag.
The ladder is recommended for grass and rubber surfaces, and shouldn't be used on hard, slippery surfaces.
Current Operations:
