The 3-in-1 Foam Plyometric Box is a versatile training tool. It can be used at 3 heights - 50,60 & 75cm by simply flipping it to the desired height. Weighing in at around 20kg's, they are heavy enough to offer a stable platform to jump up onto, but light enough for most people to move around. They are manufactured from high density foam with a heavy duty durable vinyl cover.
Plyometric training has become a staple part of nearly all functional training programmes. With an array of exercises available, it is a great way to increase general strength and improve fitness.
