Loading Bumper plates on and off an Olympic bar can be no easy feat. Make it easy with this and spend more time lifting, less time loading.
Simply slide the Jack under the bar and lever it from the floor by pushing down on the handle. The bar will instantly be elevated, with enough clearance to easily load and unload plates. Reverse this process to return the bar to the ground. This will put a smile on the face of any heavy lifter.
