Perform squats and lunges with reduced strain on your neck and shoulders, as well as with protection during hip thrusts.
Will fit bars from 25-30mm in diameter. The wide 41cm, 9cm diameter medium density sponge foam pad, featuring an Ergonomically designed scalloped cut-out for neck comfort, works with the broadest of shoulders, providing protection where it's needed and allowing you to put all your effort into your exercise.
