Perform squats and lunges with reduced strain on your neck and shoulders, as well as with protection during hip thrusts.
Will fit bars from 25-30mm in diameter. The 42cm wide, 7.5cm diameter medium-density sponge foam pad, wrapped in a heavy-duty black casing works with the broadest of shoulders, giving protection where it's needed and allowing you to put all your effort into your exercise.
